Regular Orders: At least 2 weeks in advance.
Corporate Events: At least 3 weeks in advance.
Weddings: At least 1-3 months in advance.
Note: Last-minute bookings may be accepted at the discretion of the owner and will require full payment upfront.
Yes. All orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Regular orders: 50% deposit.
Corporate events: 50% deposit, with full payment required before delivery or pick-up.
Weddings: 50-75% deposit, with the balance due 2-4 weeks before the event.
Regular orders: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance.
Corporate events: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Full payment is required if cancelled within 7 days.
Weddings: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance. If cancelled within 3 weeks of the event, the full balance will be required.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Yes. Delivery is available for all orders. A delivery fee applies to every order, calculated based on location.
Delivery Guarantee: If a cake is damaged during delivery by our driver, it will be fixed at no extra cost to the client.
Our products are made with high-quality ingredients, but our kitchen handles allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.
Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order. Devine Pleasures is not liable for allergic reactions if full disclosure is not provided.
Absolutely! We specialize in custom designs and flavors.
Please note that slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
Once an order has been collected or delivered, Devine Pleasures is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or transportation by the customer. Care instructions will be provided at pickup or delivery.
Yes. Wedding tastings and consultations are available by appointment.
